Loved the views of the Atlas Mountains from the sun terrace, and the plunge pool was perfect for cooling off. The full-service spa was a treat, and the free WiFi kept me connected to the real world.
The outdoor pool could have used a few extra sun loungers for all the guests to enjoy.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing! They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was incredible. From the warm welcome and mint tea to the delicious dinner cooked by Busra, we felt truly taken care of. The room was stunning and kept spotlessly clean. One of the best aspects was the location, right in the heart of the city. We were just a short walk away from the main square and close to many tourist attractions. Plus, the breakfast every morning was simple and delicious.
That the hotel was a bit difficult to find on our own. We recommend having someone meet you outside the market to avoid getting lost.

The hotel is tucked away in the heart of the bustling old city, surrounded by alleyways filled with street vendors. the breakfast spread was delicious and served on a beautiful terrace with lovely views. Our room, though small, was clean and furnished with comfortable bedding.
The air conditioning unit in our room was outdated and unable to cool the space effectively, which made for some hot, restless nights.

The hotel is located in a traditional area surrounded by markets and places to eat. the terrace offers a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day out. Free wifi is a plus point, although the signal was stronger in the communal areas.
The hotel is difficult to find which is frustrating, especially after a long journey. It would have been helpful to have staff offer to show us the way.
